Icelandic River Saga accounts for all lands and settlers in Townships 23 & 24, Range 4 East, an area straddling the Icelandic River near its confluence with Lake Winnipeg.   Unusual for the extensive ancestral background included on the settlers, this history also features detailed biographies, early photographs of the pioneers and their families, previously unrecorded lore captured in interviews with the last of the 'old timers', original maps, translated letters, and numerous first-hand accounts.

Icelandic River Saga was printed in a single run of 3000 copies at the expense of the compiler.   It sold out in 1997 and is now available only through book dealers.
